A versatile handcrafted Tunisian terracotta cooking set inspired by generations of traditional Mediterranean and North African cuisine.

The TerraTradition Collection combines a traditional couscoussier with a generous terracotta cooking pot that can also be used independently for preparing stews, soups, vegetables, meat, sauces and slow-cooked dishes.

For couscous preparation, the lower pot is used to cook the broth, vegetables and meat, while the perforated upper section gently steams the couscous above the aromatic preparation. Separately, the lower vessel becomes a practical ceramic cooking casserole, ideal for everyday traditional recipes.

Its warm glazed terracotta finish also makes it attractive enough to move directly from cooking to table service.
